If you aren’t a professional photographer and you don’t do much to your photos besides boost the color and fix red-eye, then you really won’t need more than the following basic programs.My Resources is your own personal library of documents that you create in Schoology or download from other sites. Select the Resources dropdown from the top menu. They are located in the left menu of your Personal Resources. If you keep filesdocuments, folders, and aliaseson your desktop, you can organize them to make it easier to find the items you need.Collections are like containers that store folders and files in your Resources, to help you organize your work. The desktop takes up most of your screen, and it’s the area where you’ll do most of your work. This option enables you to arrange the order of your collections. File Format: This option enables you to narrow the search to the type of file or material of the resource.Click the downward arrow next to the Add Collection Icon to Reorder collections. Area: This option enables you to narrow the search to your Personal or Group Resources. The Gear Icon enables you to Edit, Move, Copy, or Delete a resource. Select the type of resource you would like to add.There is a Gear Icon to the right of every resource. Click Add Resources, located at the top of the page. Click the collection to which you'd like to add resources, or simply add to your Home collection. Select the Resources dropdown menu at the top of the page. Add Resources to Collections Selecting multiple checkboxes enables bulk actions. This action cannot be undone.Note: The options to Copy to, Move to, and Delete are also located in the Edit button that appears after you check a box next to a resource in a collection. Delete: This option enables you to delete the resource from your Resources. Move to: This option enables you to "cut and paste" the resource into another location in your Resources.
